Provided "as-is" with no support or uptime guarantees.
5. Third-Party Infrastructure
OpenInfer is not responsible for outages or failures of third-party infrastructure.
6. Acceptable Use
Use must be lawful and not harmful, unethical, or abusive.
7. Restrictions
No reverse engineering, resale, or competitive use.
8. Data Responsibility
Partner is responsible for all data and compliance.
9. High-Risk Use Prohibition
Not for safety-critical or high-risk applications.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights remain with OpenInfer.
11. Confidentiality
All non-public info is confidential.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
No warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
Total liability is $0.
14. Indemnification
Partner indemnifies OpenInfer.
15. Termination
Access may be terminated anytime.
16. Governing Law
California law; San Mateo courts.
